Rates For All Groups and Events
Groups consisting of more than 6 people get a discounted admission price. The discount is applied to normal admission pricing: adults 20+ are $20, teens 13-19 are $15, Kids 4-12/Seniors 65+/Military are $10, Children under 3 are Free.
Groups should be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance so that an adequate number of tour guides can be available. Children that are part of the group must be supervised by an adult of the group at all times. Catering services may be available at an additional cost if pre-arranged.

Types of Group Events
Schedule your club or workgroup for a guided tour of Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge and see the many animals that reside in our large, natural habitats. You will be able to watch our tigers, lions, leopards, cougars, bobcats, black bears, and grizzly bear play, nap, and run while learning about the history of the Refuge, animal facts, and the individual rescue stories of our all of our animal residents.
Your group will get a tour of the refuge lead by one of our knowledgeable biology/zoology interns. Group size can be anywhere from 6-150 people. We ask that group tours be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance so that we can make sure to have enough tour guides available.

Student Field Trips
Take your students on an educational adventure by spending a day at Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge. It is an excellent way to help your students learn all about big cats and enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding Ozark Mountains. Support big cats in need and help inspire the next generation. Take advantage of our new educational programming to make the most out of your field trip! All of our tours are guided by our knowledgeable interns with a degree in biology or zoology. Your students will be able to watch our tigers, lions, leopards, cougars, bobcats, black bears, and grizzly bear play, nap, and run while learning about the history of the Refuge, animal facts, and the individual rescue stories of our all of our animal residents.
Field trips can be scheduled year-round for groups ranging in size from 6-150. Groups larger than 150 may have to be divided into multiple days. Field trips should be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance. We require all groups to provide 1 adult chaperone per 20 children.

Weddings Site Fee will be between $150-$500 depending on Wedding Party size.
Weddings at Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge are an excellent way in which to take advantage of the natural beauty of the surrounding Ozark Mountains, while also helping support the animals at the sanctuary. Available at all times of the year, our site options include a spacious event field, a spot beneath the far-reaching trees next to the memorial wall, or even, adjacent to your favorite animal’s habitat. Why not have a wedding with a dual cause: the uniting of two loved ones and saving the lives of hundreds.
- The site fee includes the usage of the area only; no other wedding accommodations will be provided by Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge.
- Recommended caterers include Chef Victor Smith of Catered Creations.
Standard Refuge Admission prices are applied to all wedding guests:
- $20/adult 20+
- $15/Teen 13-19
- $10/senior, veteran, and children 12 and under
- $0/children under 3

If you rent 5 rooms you can get 20% off. Discount is based on room availability. If 5 rooms are not available that fit your party’s needs, no discount will be given.

Tour Bus Information
Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge can accommodate some tour buses, up to 45-48 ft long and 15ft high. If you do not have a tour bus or your tour bus does not fit size requirements we do offer trolley tours for an additional fee. Our trolley can only fit approximately 20 people. If your tour group is larger than 20 people then other arrangements will need to be made.
Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge does not have any food accommodations on site. There are snacks and drinks available in the gift shop. We do allow groups to bring meals with them, as long as they pick up after themselves. Large events and weddings can reach out to local caterers to provide food. Recommended caterers include Chef Victor Smith of Catered Creations.
