In order to care for the many animals at the Refuge and continue rescuing big cats and bears across the country, visitors to the Refuge are asked to pay an admission fee that assists the General Fund.

In addition to financial donations, many supporters and visitors donate products that assist with the construction of natural habitat areas, as well as donations of products to be used in conjunction with office work and our overnight accommodations (paper products, office supplies, and cleaning supplies).

TCWR feeds between 800 – 1,200 pounds of raw meat per day to the animals under our care.

• Much of the meat and animal food products are donated by local businesses. Tyson Foods has been a major contributor of meat for our animals since our founding. However, we still spend roughly $80,000 on animal food annually
