The 2008 TCWR Calendar has arrived hot
off the press. The first calendar produced for TCWR was in
1998 with the hopes it would raise funds for building
habitats for our furry friends. As you all know we now have
23 habitats which house 70 of our 118 big cats. Until this
year the calendar was priced at $20. TCWR set the price at
this amount because it is the same as the cost of one foot
of habitat fence. Although the cost of fencing has not gone
down the price of printing calendars has. We are now able to
sell calendars for $10! Here is the deal...Turpentine Creek
staff members would love to have twice as many calendars
hanging in the homes and businesses of our supporters. This
exposure will surely bring more visitors, hence supporters,
to the Refuge and together we can build habitats for all the
deserving animals in our care. So, please buy a few
calendars to give away as well...they make great gifts.
